I quickly made this, this afternoon. I burnt the puff paint, and screwed up the stamping. But hey, it was my first attempt and I was cooking dinner at the same time (I burnt dinner too)

If I get anytime tomorrow....I'll have another go, coz I think it's a bit cute ;o)

Very Happy Mail Day

Today I received my Stampin' Up order. I loved every single thing in that box!!

I dove straight in and mounted the stamps so I could have a play!!

I made this cute little bubba boy card using a template I found on Splitcoast Stampers. I just adore it. So so cute. You can't really tell, but I used one of the new In-colour ink pads, which was Blue Bayou and the coordinating cardstock for the back half of the card. The stamps are a level 1 hostess set called For A Friend.

I can't wait to have more play time.

I played some more today.

Then I quickly whipped up the card this afternoon for Cakeys friends birthday on Sunday.

Now all I have to do is get the present.

Yesterday I received a rak from Layle. So yummy. Gorgeous papers, and how cool are the new albums.

I have been unable to scrap for the past couple of days as the big light blew and we haven't had time to replace it. So my precious hubby fixed it for me today.

It has done wonders for my mood. I was so miserable when I couldn't play.

So I did this page tonight. One for my spunky boys album.

Also covering another tin with buttons....like how I did these, except doing it in aqua, black & white. Had a bit of an incident with the diamond glaze, and now I'm covered with it.

Better go and wash it off.....
