Just quickly

Received my July and August Basic Grey page of the month kits. Yummy, yummy - can't wait to play with them.

And a card I made using lots of Ranger products. They are so fun to play with. Now I think I'm addicted to them. I want more!!

I've been watching all the sneaks and reveals for all the new goodies at CHA. And the thing that caught my eye the most was the letterpress thing from Quickcutz. Definately want that. Hope it will work in the BigShot.

Also love all the new thickers and accessories from AC. And yummy stuff from Prima.

I better start saving I think ;o)

Basic Grey Page of the month June Kit

I sat down and finally opened my Basic Grey page of the month Kit for June. I've had it since early May. Finally decided to have a crack at it. It's completely the same as the instructions. Got lots of bits leftover.

Now I've still got May to do.

I think I'll save that for another day ;o)

I got busy

And I broke into my SC March kit over the weekend. I love the colours!!

I think "Apron lace" is my new favourite punch!!

Haven't even touched my massive stash of Pink Paislee yet. Will have to be this weekend I think.

I LOVE Basic Grey

So I loved doing the January BG POTM kit so much that last night I started on the February one(this one by Becky Fleck). So full of bittersweet yumminess. Again, I need to fill in the journalling.

It was so fun - I really need to get my hands on the March one, but I think I missed the boat.

I also ended up making a card from the leftovers of January. I just love those butterflies.

It's so funny, since I started scrapping - the one company that I was intimidated by was Basic Grey. I just didn't know what to do with their papers. My neighbour bought a whole pack of Lollipop Shoppe within 24hours of our introduction to scrapping. (I think it's still on her shelf)
But now.....I am loving the BG. I would have to say that they are at the top of my list....along with AC of course (because I would just die without thickers) ;o)

Finally some scrapping

Got some scrapping done last. At last.

I used the Basic Grey January 2009 page-of-the-month kit. I just followed the instructions by Kelly Goree. I've just got the journalling to do - just waiting on my new pen to come. And I've still got quite a bit of product left from the pack. I plan on making cards from the leftovers.

The other layout I did a while ago. Using the december SC kit. I have gotten so much use out of that one and still have a ton left.

Sort of pushing things around my desk at the moment - trying to make it feel less cluttered. It's driving me crazy. I so need some storage!!
