So I haven't done alot of scrapping lately. Only scrap shopping.

Picked up this sweet punch the other day. It is definately going to be used on my next layout, for sure!!

I have been keeping up with my Project 365. Suprisingly.

And I am seriously running out of room on my desk. I really need some shelving. I hate feeling cluttered.

I am itching for the SC reveal on Saturday. I can't wait to see all the yumminess.

That's it for me. Off to bed. Getting an early night tonight. Finally!!

Thicker crazy

I received my packages today. Oh yum!!

17 delicious packets of thickers. I adore thickers!! I love the "Lullaby" and "patchwork" ones. And the "Umbrella" have tiny little polka dots on them. They are way too cute!!

Cannot wait to use them. There are so many letters in the "Rockabye"

I was a little disappointed with the doodlebug tote. It is really small. I certainly don't think it's big enough to take to a crop. But it will make a cute handbag!!

I am pretty happy with my purchases.

My little cutie pies

I had to quickly whip up some cards yesterday. Not bad for under 10 minutes!!

The kitties got desexed last Monday. Little Violet gets her stitches out on Thursday. Poor thing has had to wear an Elizabethan collar that is almost bigger than her.

Dash developed an abcess where he had his vaccinations so he is on antibiotics as he has been really crook. Now that the medicine is in his system he is starting to bounce back.

I had a little bit of a splurge and ordered some of the new thickers from AMLT. Cannot wait to get them. Yummo!!

And spent the last of my scrapping budget on a doodlebug tote and some adhesive & stickers from SB.com

Very excited for it to arrive.

Back again, 365...and a giveaway

Well - I won't bore you with where I have been and what's going on. But a double ear infection (AGAIN!!) was involved. Right as the holidays ended. Perfect timing.

SO I'm all better now and back with it again.

Have not really scrapped much. Made a couple of cards and a few layouts.

This week I got a suprise delivery - I actually got my hands on a Project 365 kit. I absolutely love it. Have spent the past two days putting it all together. I am going to love looking back over it after a year.

Sweetness

After a few tense days, things are looking better. They are friendlier, sort of. I can't really tell if it is fighting or just really rough play. They sometimes sleep together...and it is just precious.

Violet is teaching Dash how to be a more "people" cat. And she swans around him and taunts him into chasing her. They are just adorable and I really hope they become best mates.

Violet is really vocal to get what she wants. And now Dash is doing the same thing.

Hopefully after they both get desexed, they will settle down a bit.

I just absolutely adore them both. Even hubby is smitten....and he's a dog person!!

We bought this tiny little sweetheart home this morning. Dash doesn't like her at all. I hope they get better by tomorrow.

Project 365

So I tried to get Becky's 365 kit but I didn't (long story) - so I used her layout design and did a double 12X12 layout instead. This is week one. I did it really quickly last night with the cat hanging off me - I think I'll put a bit more effort into it next week.
Just wanted to share the way that I'll be doing it.
I think it's such a cool idea to document the daily stuff for a whole year. I can't wait to look back on it all.

I woke up this morning to find that these beautiful gerberas had been delivered.

I was so suprised - as they were from my big bro in England. So very sweet!!
Did a bit of scrapping last night. Sorry for the dodgy pics - it was really late!

Almost finished

Hubby suprised me by cooking a roast dinner (and doing dishes!!). It was so good! And a yummy mudcake for dessert.

My drink has been continually topped up just how I like it!

So feeling pretty happy & relaxed right now.
