It's been a while
I haven't scrapped in so long. I have done these two though.
And a couple more tags from Christine's tutorial.
I haven't finished the set of tags yet. I'm short by 4 tags so I have been putting off finishing what I have, in the hopes of finding a packet somewhere. I only discovered I didn't have enough after everyone had already snapped them up. Bummer!!
Anyway - have a great weekend. I'm hoping to get a little bit of scrapping done. Or at least put a very old pile of layouts away ;o)

My happy box
My Studio Calico box arrived yesterday. Finally. This month I ended up getting some Sticky back canvas & the Bumpy Road border punch.
What is making you happy this month?
K xxx
Some paints & extra time, and the modern garland edge punch.
The vintage receipt holder, although I'm still a bit unsure what I'm going to do with it. Any ideas??
I also got Knick Knacks - from last month.
Partly sunny from this month
Rec League
Shade tree - which is still available {I just had to have that washi tape. Yummo)
And some other bits & pieces. It was a massive box this month. Can't wait to get stuck into it.What is making you happy this month?

More tags
I finished another 3 tags from Christine's tutorial.
I love them to bits.
Had a bit of a purge in my scrap room. I got rid of 4 boxes full. I cleaned out my paper scraps box, and oh what a trip down memory lane. There were sheets of paper from 2003. I found some Lil Davis papers and lots of scenic route. Some papers from SISTV's first collections. It was really funny to see how my tastes have changed over the course of my scrapping years.
I think I really need to clean out that box a little more often!!!
And my beautiful hubby bought me a box of printer ink today. So not only do I have a nice clean organised space, but I have a printer ready to go too!!
I think I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Yay!!!
Anyway have a fabulous weekend,

playing with paper
I decided to follow along with Christine's Embellished paper Doily tutorial.
These are my two doilies so far.
Of course I substituted a lot of products. I had to.
It feels so good to be cracking into products that are just sitting in my stash, unopened.
While following the tutorial, it has made me feel like I should be organising my stash by type. Which I kind of do - except I clump together embellishments as a whole. I don't break it down into transparencies - circle stickers - rectangle stickers etc.
Maybe it would work better for me if I did. And perhaps I'd use my stash instead of hoarding it.
I've already sorted 2 boxes of stuff to get rid of.
I feel a major organising session coming this week!!
I might even start on it tonight.
Maybe.....

Mistified
What an amazing day I had. Wendy and Heidi are just fabulous.
After a very early start, and a bypass to the airport (accidentally), I arrived in time.
First up was this class by Wendy Senger, where we completed a binder full of Glimmer Mist techniques. This one was my favourite.

Then it was Heidi's Fastenation Folder class, where we got to play with her new products.
And we ended the day, with making the Spring junque album from House of 3.
It was so pretty. Loved it
And the kits were packed with goodies.
We got all of these bottles of glimmer mist. Yum. Yum. Yum.

And check this out......
Chalkboard glimmer mist, Glimmer Glam & Glimmer Glaze!!!
So very fabulous!

I think my favourite is the chalkboard glimmer mist. It is so beautiful.
I had such a great day. (Even if I couldn't find my car in the dark when I left!!)
Oh, and Happy Mums Day to all the mothers tomorrow!!!

Speedy goodies
So here's my little order.
It got here so quickly. It arrived yesterday. That was less than a week.
Awesome!!
I love fast shipping!!
I'm out of ink, so until I can get some there won't be any scrapping here. Bummer!
Anyway - have a fab weekend ;o)

A bit of this
I have been dying to get my hands on this luscious Dear Lizzy ribbon....and now I almost have.
I placed an order at 2 peas on Friday, as soon as I saw that they had it in stock.
Ordered a couple of other things too.
Less than 3 weeks until "Mistified". Excited!!
Not much scrapping action going on lately. Been really sick with with ear infections. And now I'm feeling sick from all the medication. Hopefully as soon as I'm finished taking it, I'll feel normal again.
Well, after 2 hours sleep - I better go get every one organised for school,

Scrapping again
I finally broke the drought after a whole month. I scrapped this one yesterday,
and this one today. Both using Quilting Bee from Studio Calico.
This one I did about a month ago. Using a sketch from the AC blog.
Hopefully it won't be another month before I scrap some more!!!
